fixed back seats

z32 calipers

slotted rotors

bm57 BMC

5 stud conversion

rear camber arms

cradle bushes

put a 5 point cage in and ripped it out there will be a full 6 point cage going in with roof braces, side intrusion etc

got some light weight wheels

new steering rack bushes

Braided Brake Lines

Catch Can

still to come

decent rubber

hoping to be out running sprints soon with a veiw to run the full sprint season next year and IPRA the following year.

Haven't had much time to work on the car but have sorted a few gauges out had a minor oil leak with the mechanical oil pressure gauge that was in the car

I have no idea why the forum is flipping this photo upside down!!!!!

Cage looks the good man!

Are you happy with it? What are you thoughts of AGI?

I'm happy with the cage just need to see how it fits in the car haven't had time to put it in it might happen over christmas holidays. but the welds are very neat and the fit and finish is really good provided it fits all ok which i'm sure it will it will be spot on. AGI are easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions would recommend them for anyone who is looking at a good bolt in cage

Has been a while since i have updated this.

I bought a new front pipe as i have found the one that was on the car when i bought it was only a 2 1/4 " pipe :( explains why the car gets so chocked up in the top end.

also picked up a new steering wheel and harness.

oh and a 2100KG tow bar for the commodore ;)

the car is pretty much ready to go so will be off to winton soon for a test and tune day.

Phillip Island is awesome!!!

car ran well but the oil drain gasket from the turbo let go in the 3rd session so called it a day early.

Managed to do a 2:07 in the dry that was on my 6th lap then the rain set in. there is heaps let in the car and i'm pretty confident with a bit more dry running i will be on or in the 2 minute mark with my current tyres.

Can't wait for the next one in june :D

How are you finding the HANs, what did that set you back with the new compatible helmet?

Nice work on the overlay data, RaceChrono and AVI converter?

That was Harry's lap timer does all the work for you ;) I didn't run my Hans I have a medium but swapping it for a large the medium was a tad uncomfortable. The new helmet is awesome though, picked up the combo from revolution race gear for 1200, hopefully with have the large Hans in the next few weeks.

Ahh yes I had that for iPhone but worked switched our phones to android and there was no proper video support then. I see that's changed.

well i have grabbed some RSR's as they were cheap, and picked up an r32gtr rear wing to see if that can help stabilse the back a little at speed.

next day out should the 31st at sandown be interesting to see what sandown is like

What size did you buy/how much?

I remember seeing a test of various wings and the r32gt-r wing (and similar) only added a few kg's of downforce).

I picked up my c-west twin blade adjustable for $100 (needed some feet made up for it).

So if the gt-r wing is no good, keep hunting.
