Traditional 8 Posted October 25, 2012 On first song... Still pretty good so far... Let's see if it lives up to Deep blue (which was shit IMO)
Luke04 0 Posted October 28, 2012 Is a progression from their former work, but unlike deep blue it actually sounds like parkway to me Solid album, will be interesting if it fares as well as Chasing Ghosts (amity) on the aria charts
(Locky) 54 Posted October 28, 2012 is it out at shops or just download? Didnt see it at JB when I looked for it today
Jake26 1 Posted October 28, 2012 Took me a bit to get used too because of the off beats, but I'm liking it now, The breakdown in "The slow surrender" is absolutely awesome! Definitely a better album than Deep Blue
Traditional 8 Posted October 29, 2012 (edited) Yeah it's heaps better than Deep Blue, only song's i like are Samsara and Sleepwalker. Yeah it's on par with Chasing Ghost's, though that didn't do much for me either, still like Severed Ties more. Best songs on Atlas are Old Ghost / New Regrets and Dark Days I think I'll go buy it >.> Edited October 29, 2012 by Traditional
frenchie1001 4 Posted November 1, 2012 after listening to it as the feature album for 4 doors, i can safely say it makes me want to hang myself.
Grantz0r 0 Posted November 1, 2012 Definitely an improvement on Deep Blue. After the first play through, Dark Days is a standout for me. Also, I'd recommend getting their Home is for the Heartless dvd if you have a spare $20. Got it for my birthday a week ago and it is an awesome watch! All Aussie-bias aside, they have - by far - the best attitude for any band that I've come across.
Luke04 0 Posted November 1, 2012 Both of their DVD's are awesome good takes on how talent and commitment can push bands forward no radio play
Finski 0 Posted November 30, 2012 Lovin it, huge fan of parkway, seen them 5 times live so far, I agree it is better than deep blue
