Honestly I probably will coat everything once ive finished all the fab, the screamers, manifold and dump. just get it done all at once. I have wrap here too I should chuck that on after as well.

You use -4 braid for your wastegates off the hot pipe?? I might do the same.

dont forget about coating the exhaust housing as well

if your going to coat the dump pipe i wouldnt bother doing the dump pipe in lobster because the coating will hide it

me personally i would coat

manifold

dump pipe

exhaust housing

screamer pipe

the only thing i would wrap would be the dump pipe

got time today to mock up the 3" hot pipe. was done this way to allow pod clearance, and I used the factory cooler holes. no time for welding today but happy with it should look and work sweet.

see where the hot pipe goes through that hole in the engine bay, are u going to add a silicone joiner there and make the hot pipe 2 piece or are u going to make it all one piece?

I think i will add a joint for flex and make it easier to dismantle. It will also have a tab there bolted to the chassis.

u must be able to read my mind aye

i was just thinking

should add a silicone joiner there to make it easier to fit the piping with out marking it as your trying to twist it into place

yeah mild, was also powdered coated, so yeah took me forever to get it off, i used a oxy to weld it. (big clumps of weld is where i rushed cutting it out and had to fill the gaps.)
