plumb your screamer pipe back into the exhaust system

it can be removed to give u the option to go back to a atmospheric venting screamer pipe

u want the merge to be as far from the turbo as possible BUT it also has to me merged before the catalytic converter for it to still be a legal exhaust system

note the angle merge of the screamer pipe

Ran a best of 1.17.03 on the North Circuit only 2 laps but was in the top half of a field of 90, 1:56.4 standard circuit a few months back also top half of a field of 120. I was running both these sprints and way off the pace

His not on the forum but he sends me updates and I update for him

I haven't done much more work to the car other then welding a harness bar in between his strut tower

Would love to see this car with a good set of coil overs and running on e85

who would of thought this engine bay could make 327kw with only 25psi worth of boost

chea said it has a lot more left in it as its only on 25psi, didnt want to run to much boost because of the standard head bolts he predicts 350kw will be made at 30psi and that will max out the turbo

its on a very safe tune

IMG_05781.jpg

292kw on 22psi using 98 octane

327kw on 25psi using E85

Hey kemp did you use a .64 rear housing or .86 for the turbo on this car ?

Just want to know if a .64ar will be restrictive at 300rwkw in t2

I bet those BC cams, springs retainers etc made all the difference.

its a T2 .63 externally gated housing which i modified to suit a waste gate

the right combo of parts working well with each other

Was it one of those tial housing which are basically a t3 .63 but the t3 flange swapped for a t2 and a port for external gate ?

Cause t3 .63 is similar size to t2 .86

You know of anyone who had made decent power over 280kw with the t2 .64 int gate or am I better off using the .86

Aren't those precision turbos t2 .64 the 5128 and 5130 cause I've got both housings but want to know which one to use before I put it together

Thanks

no its a garret housing BUT its basically a T2 housing which has the exact same flow of a T3 style housing

pretty much a T3 .63 housing but with a T2 flange
