  1. Cams will only push the power further up the rpm. I would be checking that the z32 afm is genuine. Guessing it has a nistune? If so look at installing a hpx afm.

  3. Mercury shut the doors a week or so ago. I have used East Coast customs for other mechanical work and can recommend them for pre purchase inspections.
  4. best place to start would be vicdrift website or facebook page if your in victoria. Primal garage and wodonga car club use to do a few club days when I lived down there. car requirements would be no oil leaks, runs well, fire extinguisher, all roadworthy kind of stuff is working ie- lights, seatbelts, brakes generally a cams level 2 speed licence will you cover for majority of events

    No leave it in, I cut out as much as I could then used a wire wheel to clean the shell up and the bushes went in.

    As usual long time between updates. Shed was all finished first week in December and have slowly been doing bits and pieces. Started by doing a mezzanine floor with a work area one side and a man cave on the other, wired up 70% myself and had a mates brother inlaw fit off the switch board and then did some painting and coated the room side with epoxy. A few weeks later made up a tyre rack and a work bench on castor wheels. Got heaps of room and easy to work on stuff around the shed. Bought a s13 that a young fella had pranged with intetions to fix it but parted it out as it was not worth the effort and I had knee surgery which kept me off my feet for a while. Made a few $$$ to put back into the Sil80 and sold the S14 in March as it was needing a bit of work to get back to a standard i would be happy with. Sometime in April i think went out to a local blokes place with a burnout pad and went and cut loose which was fun but ended up having a steering rack bush and boot let go so called it quits. Took a few local boys who are into their V8's for a few goes and surprised them all with how the car goes. Bought some new PBM offset rack bushes, gktech extended tie rods and new rod ends to fix up the steering, after an alignment its the best the car has steered. With all that fixed entered the local hill climb end of May and had a great day, set a new PB going 2 secs quicker and placed 7th outright out of 25 cars. Video of my best run And cars now off the road for a while as have lost a bit of motivation and am trying to start a small coatings business. Got a few parts sitting here to go on it and trying to decide on a direction as is I enjoy driving it on the street but a few little changes and would make a more competitive race car.

    Get gktech shifter springs and new plastic bush from Nissan/taarks. Will be a better upgrade than a short shifter
