    Ecu was off mates sr20 , I have his cams and injectors that the apexi was tuned with , it is when it idles and also won't rev past about 4200-4500 in neutral

    Hi guys , Why would an apexi power fc timing hunt from 15 degrees to 0 degrees when car gets over 70 degrees water temp ? Does not do it when it's cold (below 70 degrees water temp)

    sorry for late reply , my 1993 180sx was factory sr20det i bought it as a roller and installed a 1991 or 1992 sr20de and put all the turbo gear on that motor road worthy guy and department of transport never questioned engine number im am sure the pollution laws never changed from 1991 to 1998 on non vct engines (s13)

    push up as high as you can get front pipe , wire tie it to manifold and drive car off dump pipe to exhaust shop and get them to fix it job done

    I also don't have oil squirters... You should do an afm upgrade if going nistune it power fc Never run a sr20de ecu either S14 water neck may work on your motor for water return from turbo and I have t pieced in top heater hose on fire wall for water feed to turbo

    If you already have a sr20de just turbo that That's what I did ... Spend all money on mods and a good tune... And always run premium 98 Don't be scared of higher compression and boost together... It's all in the tune ... Most guys bump there compression up when they build a motor to 9.0:1 or 9.2:1 s13 sr20de is 9.5:1 Oh and I got stock head gasket So far mine makes 255hp at wheels on 13psi

    Question For all the seasoned races out there . General rule of thumb is every 0.1 sec off 60 foot time equals 0.2 sec at finish line. Why did my time only improve by 0.16(13.51 from 13.67) What are the theories? Maybe revving to far past peak torque?
