Ok so i got the cluster working fine in the car... now to make it FIT in the car.

First i took the dash out and striped it, it was all cracked up anyway

Then i lined up and notched the dash so the cluster would fit

Then i chopped up the bracket that is screwed to the underside of the dash that used to hold everything together

Then i trimed them and glued them in place, notice how the top is slightly angeled. the new bottom mount hole centers line up with the bottom edge of the old mount points and the little nub for the vents

Im using 3M 8005 for the glue, stuff is solid as a rock and hard to get ahold of but should never come off... and you SHOULD let it cure for 24 hours.

Stay tuned for the rest when i glass over everything and fix up the bezel

Just buy an S15 and keep your 180. B)

I own both and would never change the dash, the S13 dash is dated but has great visability and the S15 feels modern but has lower visability...the dash is sooo high.

So both are shithouse... lol

That's a nice dash cazman, very nice indeed.

But no need for S14/15 dashes, S13 ones can look pretty sweet too!

any more updates.??? i started fitting my s15 dash yesterday and it was easyer than i thought i even used the orignal to screw holes at the top bottom of the windscreen to hold the dash. once there tight theres no gap at the top at all fits well... just need to brackets to hold the front of the dash up higher and sit straight ..
