What is the biggest bore size people are running with sr20det Darton sleeved blocks with reliability. Running spool stroker crank and rods.

90mm Also running a spool stroker crank but pauter rods.

I was looking into tbis a few years ago and was advised 89.5mm. Give you the chance for a .5 rebore down the track incase disaster strikes

Depends a lot on setup if you are running on e85 since knock resistance is so good I would sneak it up a bit

I think we'll both find the 7670 a bit on the small side!

I'm thinking the same with my EFR7163 and 2.2L with OS valves... Will probably be too small.

Yours sound like a match made in heaven for a TS 8374 being 2.35L.


Compression any lower than 9.5:1 for a car running e85 is a waste I think 10:1 is more like it.
